What is the cost of treatment?
The cost depends on how complex your case is. After your first scan, we’ll check your case and determine the right plan for you.

How long does treatment take?
Most treatments take 6 to 10 months, depending on your case. Some treatments may take a little longer as every smile is unique.
What’s the Smile Guarantee?
If you wear your aligners as prescribed and upload your progress photos at every step but still don’t reach the promised result, we’ll give you a free aligner touch-up to get you there.
How long should I wear my aligners each day?
Wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours daily, only removing them to eat or drink. This commitment keeps your treatment on track.
Will I need to visit the clinic during treatment?
Yes, usually around 2–3 clinic visits are required for certain dental procedures. These procedures are highlighted in your treatment plan and ensure the necessary movements are made to get you to the final result.
How many weeks should I wear each set of aligners?
Each set is worn for 2 weeks before moving to the next one — unless otherwise indicated in your custom treatment plan.
How will you track my progress?
Through the BASMA App: you’ll upload photos at every step, and our orthodontists will review them and send feedback. We’ll also remind you when it’s time to change aligners and arrange your dental procedure appointments when necessary. Our Care Team is always available to answer questions.
Will I need a retainer after treatment?
Yes — retainers keep your new smile in place. You’ll get a free set of removable retainers at the end of treatment along with a wear schedule. We recommend replacing them every 6 months, and you can order new ones anytime through our shop. A subscription option is also available so you never have to worry about running out.
